One large company in particular who now outsources its payroll through PWFM was experiencing multiple difficulties in coping with their 40,000 strong employee payroll which operated a number of payrolls throughout the month.
Our solution was to take away the labour of the multiple payrolls and provide an outsourced solution whereby the data is provided via a bespoke web based portal, built to required customer specification which then neatly sits on their company intranet system.
The company now enjoys a stress free payroll solution where a paper based payslip, P60 & P11D is currently provided to its many employees. These are then printed and posted to the employee individual home address. An electronic payslip, P60 & P11D is now also available and is provided to those employees who prefer the electronic pay method.
