Each portal is bespoke, designed to suit individual customer requirements by simply building the portal access into the existing company website or intranet and thereby upholding the company corporate brand identity.
Employee Self Service
In addition to this service we have also developed a web based self-service solution which allows employees to make changes to their individual personal details. This includes change of address, personal email, password and bank account details. The portal also allows employees to email pay related queries and questions directly to the payroll administrator removing the need for these to be verbally discussed. This service is designed to cut down on expensive administration thereby reducing overall costs and allowing the company to concentrate more on its own corporate core business.
PWFM is also able to offer a Smart phone payroll mobile app that operates in conjunction with the web portal allowing employees to access their pay information. The mobile app also has the facility for employees to provide employers with self-service notification and functionality to maximise communication whilst on the move and all from a smart phone or other handheld devices.
SMS and Email Services
SMS broadcasts and email are also available to enhance the web portal service by simply informing employees that for example, their payslip is currently now available or an acknowledgement of their recent query has been provided.
